When you send a message to Mental Clarity Checklist, here is what happens: Marcus or a team member reads the message in full — we do not use automated triage, filtering, or AI summarization of incoming inquiries. We aim to provide a response that actually addresses what you asked, not a generic acknowledgment.
For simple questions about the tool, data privacy, or how something works, you can expect a response within 24–48 hours on business days. For detailed technical questions, partnership discussions, or legal inquiries, we may take up to five business days to prepare a thoughtful response. If your question is answered in detail on the FAQ page or Privacy Policy, we may direct you there with a personal note rather than rewriting the same information in an email.
We do not respond to spam, mass solicitations, or low-effort sales outreach. We do respond to every genuine question about the tool, every legitimate bug report, and every thoughtful piece of feedback — because the people who take the time to write deserve a real reply.
